Eh, it was ok. Strange/abrupt ending.  6/11.

By all accounts of pretty much everyone I know, 2009 was a rather ordinary year. I’d have to agree with this general consensus. To compensate for this I got really drunk on new years. Woo.

2007 was the year I finished school and found a girl, it was great.

2008 was the year I started University, and I still had a girl. I turned 18, got drunk. It was even greater.

2009 was a year of shit uni subjects, quiting my job (and not bothering to get another one) and losing said girl of the past 2 years. Among other things that sucked, there just wasn’t much to be excited about during it. Even turning 19, it’s such a nothing age.

2010 was brought in with a bang, is my final year of university, and at the end of it I’ll be entering the real world. Who knows what it shall bring. Hopefully it’s more alcohol and hookers. But I digress. I’ll be two decades old soon. I feel like I’m getting old already.

I think another factor in all this is that there’s nothing really new to look forward to anymore. The future is awesome, but we reached it about three years ago. Now all we have left is the inevitable apocalypse and more shitty blog postings from me.

It looked gorgeous. It was great. etc. 9 out of 11.

Oh fine, I’ll write a little more. I saw it in 2d, but they say 3d is much better. Who knows. So yeah, It looks gorgeous, but that’s about all it has. The story is ok, the dialogue is a bit ordinary, but I wasn’t bored through the movie, so I guess it achieved it’s objective. I really couldn’t be bothered writing more about it, so fuck you.

Once upon a midnight dreary, a man typed upon his computer weary;

He looked upon his blog in delight, to find he had posted 4 times tonight;

Writing rubbish like this rhyme, taking his sweet time;

to find something that made sense, in the context of his current tense;

though it gradually became clear, that the end was near;

of this ridiculously stupid crime, the phenomenon they call rhyme.

Wow, that took way to long to write. Anyway,  Now that I’ve updated several times in the past 30 minutes, it’s time to disappear for another month or so. mwhahahah!

In other news, Christmas is over. Thank the lords. Now it’s time to waste a week, then get smashed for new years and forget I wasted my week. Hurrah! My next post: My plans to fail my new years resolutions.

So I finally got around to watching Pixar’s latest masterpiece. I’m glad I did. Like all of Pixar’s movies this is one the kids and adults alike can enjoy. I know I certainly did. The story of this man’s life is a great one. The movie has happy moments and sad moments, but I feel as though the overall mood of the movie was a sad one, and it had a great effect.

The animations are flawless, as pixar movies always are, though the character design of the old man was a little odd (He’s really square for some reason), though it doesn’t detract too much from the movie.

I also watched WALL-E for the second time today, and comparing the two I’d say they’re both about the same in terms of goodness, so if you liked WALL-E, You should like Up.

I’d write more, but really, you should just go and watch it, you lazy sod.

Overall, I give Up 10 out of 11.

I’ve been sitting here thinking, and I realised something. I have nothing to say. Carry on.

So about a month ago, a new TV show called V started airing. It’s a ‘reimagining’ of an old Tv show from the 80’s. While not spectacular, it’s decent enough, and I continued watching it. 4 episodes in now, and I have to wait FOUR FUCKING MONTHS for the next episode to air, in march next year. What the fucking fuck.

Some retarded network executive decides to leave a four month hiatus for no fucking reason. This is the kind of retarded bullshit that gets good shows cancelled (Hello Firefly, anyone?). In four months, if I even remember the goddamn show is continuing, am I going to care? It’s a long time to leave something, and it’s going to kill a large percentage of the viewership.

I do however, have a solution:

Fucking useless networks.

Just been playing around with the site, I think it looks pretty nice at the moment, haxxed in some ads for my host. I’ll probably make more changes as I go, and if I break anything, I blame the poorly laid out code in this template. Indents and line breaks are a fucking godsend :/
